By providing this list, the ASEA Legal Services Plan does not make any guarantee of outcome, or endorse the attorney’s abilities. You agree to hold the Plan harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses arising from any negligence, malpractice or malfeasance on the part of the participating attorney in the performance of their duties in representing you.
